At Dayes, we have big ambitions: over the next few years, we want to grow substantially in online sales. As Marketplace Specialist, you play a key role in this. You are also the coach for the junior marketplace specialist and an e-commerce specialist.

What will you do?

Do you get energy from coordinating processes and optimising online sales? Then we have the role for you! You are the connecting link within our Marketplace Europe business for all categories (Beauty & Personal Care, Home Care, Health Care and Pet Care). You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our products perform optimally on marketplaces such as Amazon and Bol.

No day is the same: one day you optimise listings for dog snacks from Rosewood, the next day you dive into data around cleaning products or coordinate advertising with an external agency.

You will be responsible for:

  • Account management: you are a co-contact for marketplaces and participate in consultations. The marketplace portals are your domain.

  • Content optimisation: you spot improvement opportunities (such as search, cross- and upsell) and work together with category managers and the team to continuously improve listings.

  • Catalogue management: you identify and resolve issues such as suppressions, loss of the buy box or incorrect content. You liaise with marketplace support and escalate where necessary.

  • Assortment management: you monitor KPIs, analyse performance (runners, slow movers, returns) and spot opportunities for expansion, e.g. with new brands or international growth.

  • Analysis:You translate data (market, marketplace and internal) into concrete actions and optimisations.

  • Promotions:You draw up promotion plans, determine assortment and pricing and coordinate with teams such as purchasing, marketing, sales and supply chain. Afterwards, you evaluate the results for future improvements.

  • Technology:you ensure that technical links (such as EDI for orders and content) function smoothly.

What do you bring?

You are proactive, organised and result-oriented. You like to work together, think commercially and are a real go-getter.

Furthermore, we ask of you:

  • a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, e-commerce, communications or business administration;

  • minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience with marketplaces (experience with Amazon is a must);

  • strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action;

  • experience with project management;

  • excellent command of Dutch and English;

  • knowledge of marketplace portals, Excel, AI tooling.

What do we offer you?

Working at Dayes means working for a healthy and growing organisation where innovation and entrepreneurship are highly valued. We welcome own initiative and personal development. So you can get the best out of yourself every day and make a difference in the daily lives of more than 50 million European families.

At Dayes you can count on:

  • an (initial) contract for 12 months;

  • a full-time job (38 hours per week);

  • a good pension scheme;

  • a good working atmosphere with nice colleagues;

  • a laptop and phone, which you can also use to work hybrid in consultation;
