Employee Product Data Compliance

What will you do?

You will work closely with colleagues from Finance, Quality, Trade and IT and make an important contribution to data quality and process control. In your role, you will be supported by the Team Leader. Some of your duties include:

Data management

• Inputting, maintain and check article and packaging data

• Support in setting up product-related data fields

• Controlling the completeness and logic of article structures (e.g. Bill of Material)

• Conducting data checks in accordance with established procedures

• Signalling and correcting dataquality issues

• Contribute to the harmonisation of data within the organisation
  

Product-related returns

• Processing product and environment-related charges (such as packaging, WEEE and batteries)

• Preparing and processing indirect tax returns, such as import duties

• Preparing and supporting reconciliations

• Signalling discrepancies in declarations

• Providing documentation for controls and audits

• Supporting the implementation of legislative changes
  

Process support & Compliance

• Working according to established procedures and work instructions

• Documenting work performed

• Signalling improvement opportunities within product processes and data

• Supporting system optimisations and improvement initiatives

• Cooperating with various departments within the organisation

What do you bring?

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of his or her career and wants to develop further within the playing field of product charges and data. You work accurately, keep an overview and enjoy working in a structured way within set frameworks. With a positive attitude, perseverance and a proactive attitude, you know how to master your work quickly.

This role offers room to grow: if you show initiative and want to take responsibility, you will be given the space to do so. Candidates with experience or affinity with data and/or product levies may have an edge, but what is decisive is your attitude and eagerness to learn.

In addition, we ask:

• HBO working and thinking level

• An availability of 32 to 40 hours

• 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience

• Affinance with international trade flows is a plus
