In this role, you will relieve the Account Manager so that he or she can focus on relationship management, strategy and growth. You will liaise with customers and colleagues and ensure that assortment changes, promotions, article data, orders and customer portals are correct and deadlines are met.

What will you do?

You will support our commercial teams in recurring operational cooperation with customers, within the agreed processes, practices and tools. Specifically:

  • You are the first point of contact for operational and administrative customer questions.

  • You ensure that article data, assortment changes, price and condition changes are processed correctly and on time in systems/customer portals.

  • You support promotions and introductions: from planning and delivery to checking whether everything is live correctly.

  • You monitor orders, deliveries and stock: you identify risks (such as out-of-stock), switch quickly and escalate where necessary.

  • You monitor deadlines and keep an overview of ongoing actions, agreements and documentation (o.

  • You check and process invoices/claims/promotion accounts and coordinate with Finance in the event of discrepancies.

  • You actively think along about working smarter: process improvement, digitalisation and standardisation.

  • Experience in sales support/accounts support/internal sales or sales operations (pré: retail/FMCG);

  • You are proficient with systems and data (e.g. ERP/CRM/Excel and customer portals) and learn new tools quickly;
